    Furiosa (May 24, 2024)

I disagree that there aren't more great films to be made in the world of Max. In fact, in the best Max films he's less the main character than a mechanism to tell another person or group's story. Only the first one feels fully about him. The whole history of tis ranchise is insane, even the...

Hemsworth's crew having gasoline makes sense if a) this part is earlier in the timeline than Road Warrior or if b) he's getting gas from GasTown.

Saw it, loved it, will go again this week. She was great, Hemsworth was great. Went to an IMAX matinee, at least around here, the extra ticket price keeps out the riff raff who talk or doomscroll all the way through movies. I agree it's the third best Max film (RW & FR are 1 & 2, but which one...

Mars Toys 1/6 Penguin (Burgess Meredith)

Down for Molls, but I'd even buy a couple of Catwoman's goons with the tiger stripes and cat ears. If they did them with three different heads, it'd be a great army builder

1/6 Present Toys PT-56 Wasteland Ranger (Fury Road Mad Max)

My bad for putting the dollar sign in, but yeah, the 300 pound one is 1/16, not 1/6. 1/6 versions are 800 pounds, and that's before shipping to the USA and then taking the time to build and paint it. ...Joost?

1/6 Present Toys PT-56 Wasteland Ranger (Fury Road Mad Max)

That's beautiful! Can you direct me to the facebook group? I found a 1/6 kit for the car but 900 pounds, not $300. They did have a smaller version for 300, so I'm wondering if there's really a 1/6 for 300 or if it's a mistake? (I'm slightly dyslexic, seems like somethig I might do!).

1/6 Present Toys PT-56 Wasteland Ranger (Fury Road Mad Max)

I was just saying to a friend that I only need two 1/6 vehicles; the 66 Batmobile & Max’s car. I’ve already got the 66 Batmobile so off to look at this guy. Thanks for the heads up!

Mars Toys 1/6 Jervis Tetch - The Mad Hatter (Batman '66)

Weren’t there already second runs of both the B&R sets and the Joker? They may be slow releasing product, but it hardly seems like they’re having trouble reaching eager buyers.

    Furiosa (May 24, 2024)

Road Warrior and Fury Road are on the same level to me, both perfect. Mad Max is also a masterpiece for what it is, but I'd be happy if we could scrub Thunderdome - some great ideas there, but it feels rushed. Overall a loser. Quite happy to no longer have Gibson, Hardy was a fantastic...

    Batman: Caped Crusader Animated Series

The team on this is crazy good. It's going to be vastly different from the low-budget direct to VOD classic story massacres they've been cranking out for the last twenty years. Prepare to be pleased.

    HT OG ED-209 Dome Replacement

Back when these were being made and widely available for sale, my Mr 209's dome was holding up great. It ain't no more. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement dome? THANKS

SSR Clown The Animated Series (1/6 Joker from BTAS)

I’m waiting for the soft goods 1/6 BTAS Batman. Have to assume scale will be better (or at least Bruce won’t be too short). The Mondo stuff looks nice at first glance, have been tempted many times (I do own the black variant Batman), but it doesn’t work for me overall (cel-shading, ugly...

SSR The Bat Returns 2.0 aka “1/6 The Dark Knight Returns 2.0”…

The only reason to get the extra portrait would be to make a Miller civilian Bruce, but not with that noggin.

No smiling head is a problem.

    S.H.Figuarts Indiana Jones

I think the licensing is over. The Hasbro line is the deepest bench we’ll ever get for Indy. Despite the fact there’s constant demand, it clearly doesn’t sell enough for mass market. Yet already certain Hasbro figs are escalating in value. Try to find a Kazim (!!) for under $50. Hoping a third...
