I feel like a lot of the issue is Mad Max isn’t as big with modern audiences as some people may perceive it to be. Fury Road was popular but even it didn’t do huge numbers. Factor in that Furiosa is a spinoff and it kind of makes sense that it didn’t do the best numbers.

Sounds like the Harry Potter line isn’t selling super well though. Aside from Harry, Ron, and Hermione the only others that I heard talked about were Dumbledore and Snape. Doesn’t sound like InArt has plans to do older versions of the trio.

I would have some interest in 1990 sixth scale Turtles but truthfully I’m okay with the NECA 7” line. We’ve gotten an impressive amount from NECA and I doubt we’d get more than the four Turtles if a sixth scale company ever picked up the line.

Yeah, I won’t be surprised at all if the figures are priced at like $350. Seems like there’s a lot of engineering going on.

I feel like the QMX Picard sculpt is better than the EXO First Contact version personally. The EXO Locutus is good.

Not that different where it matters to give him two gripping hands. I tend to go with two hands holding the saber in most of my poses. Guess I’ll have to change it up for Mace and Fisto.

The QMX Picard is honestly a good figure. It just needs a better body and an outfit that doesn’t stain the neck.

I mean I get it, but hands I would think shouldn’t be that much of a cost for them. It’s just kind of odd.

I think the idea of locking the thread is a bit silly personally. Some posters get upset when a figure hasn’t released and a thread gets bumped. Are we going to start locking those too?

Agreed. I don’t really want a realistic interpretation of TAS. At that point it’s not really the character I know in my opinion. Also, Batman: Vengeance is a good game. A bit like an episode of the series that never aired. Wish it was available on modern consoles to download and replay.

So if the original price estimate was between $250 and $300 and Joost is saying it’s the higher amount the cynic in me is already believing it’ll be slightly above that still. Hopefully it’s not like a $700+ set for both figures when it comes down to it.

I don’t know why Hot Toys is cheaping out on things like pairs of hands recently. Especially for saber welding characters they should have both hand options.

Pretty annoyed that he only comes with one saber gripping hand. The sculpt doesn’t bother me as much as others.

I know it’s how he looks but just can’t get past his ridiculous hair.
