HAs anyone made a metal blade for 1/4 TOD PF Indy

My Temple of Doom Indiana Jones Premium Format 1/4 scale figure's initial blade was warped and Sideshow was nice enough to send me a replacement. Unfortunately that one warped as well after a short time.

Has anyone done a run of metal replacement blades for this awesome statue?

Does no one else have the sword "droop" on their PF Indy?

Somebody way back was going to attempt a mod using the TOD sword envelope opener. I can't remember who or how far the experiment went though.

Worth looking throught the appropriate thread.

I believe Mfisher was the one who was gonna try it. Don't think anyone has yet.

And yes, most droop after time. I actually flip it over to counteract that for awhile.

Still wish we could find a better alternative.

Yeah the droop drives me crazy. They even sent me a replacement that drooped also.

The size of the letter opener is off... if I get a minute later today I will photograph the letter opener next to the PF
