Been working on this awhile, but finally almost done with it:

Just threw the wig on. Still need to style/cut it. Also, eyes, eyelids, mustache, etc, still needs to be worked on. Looks pretty realistic in person!

Going to have this displayed on a mannequin torso with a Thriller jacket!
 
Wow, that looks truly great. I thought I was looking at a comparison photo at first, as I was scrolling down. Really very impressive work.
