Go to User CP. Under edit profile go to option 2. You can upload your avatar pic here. Make sure u have the right size file though. If its too big here, you can't upload. Hope that helps

@vs1976...thx for your help. But it seems like "option2" cannot work from ipad2. Guess I have to do on the PC.

No problem. You can also do that with a signature too. It's also under User CP.
