So let me get this straight, the predator 2 figure doesn't have removable mandibles, but it's the same sculpt as the lost predator who does?

The Regular doesn't but the BD version does. It was the same way with regular Wolf and Cleaner Kit Wolf.

oh i didn't realize that about the wolf, mine has removable ones. So is the sculpt slightly different on the p2's or did hot toys just adjust the sculpt to make them removable?

they just made them removable. the sculpt itself had them simply glued.
and non-removable jaws of P2 can be accurately removed and become interchangeable.
i did it with mine.
