If it's on par with Tron, I dont see the problem.... 
It's not as if Tron is this amazingly well written piece of film...it's cool effects project, with decent acting, and a pretty clever plot. If this movie can pull that off, i'm A-OK with that.

BTW I love Tron...I just watched it for the first time this year, and I wished I would've seen it earlier...awesome movie.

I'd prefer a "True Grit" figure too--this one is nice, but seems lacking.
Hopefully the second figure means we'll see Olivia Wilde!
