Tell me about it,I'm still waiting on my Royce body:gah:,I'm so anxious to get my figure done.:(, Then Im hoping my paint job comes out good.:pray:,looks like 16k will be the first to show the Eric Sosa head with Moe's suit, that should be sweet!:banana

Dam customs is the slowness.:dunno:impatient:
Can't wait to see your full figure...:hi5:

Betomatali said that customs have recently been backed up shipping out of Mexico. Some people shipping illegal substances or something. So they check everything more carefully. My orders from him usually take a month to get here.

well until my Eric Sosa figure is completed with Moe's suit I have this one to hold me over with mattel's suit.I took some better pics and a video also.

16k,

the paint job on the face was excellent. Do you take commissions for painting? I now definitely want at least one of each of the sculpts, three I believe, that Eric has done. How much do you charge? Please let me know quite serious.

Here's my paint up. I need to redo his eyes. It's a fantastic sculpt. Now I'm awaiting Moe's suit.

Looks good Moe!!!! Now if I may, I think you should make the hs a little lower on the neck. That's how mine looked at the begining and it really was better after I'd drilled it only a little more! :D

Damn the customs, they are so slow... :(

16k- the HS is not fully on, just sitting on neck right now. I hope your suit arrives soon, they fixed customs now.

Hi guys, thanks for the feedback! :D really useful!

So I've shortened the neck about 1/2 a centimeter. Not sure it's that obvious on the picture though. I used Wolverine as a template. So, what do you guys think? Enough or not?

@Fenix

A friend of mine who does casting has a suggestion for making his head slightly larger for people using this particular HT body.

You can grow an RTV silicone mold by submerging it in turpentine. A mold that would normally create a 1:6 scale head could create a 1:4 after a couple of hours soaking. So if you soak it for 1 hour that might get you something just a touch larger than this casting.

The turpentine will eventually evaporate from the mold and it will revert to it's original size.

He has done this process with Dragon Skin silicone from Smooth-On, but the process should work on other RTV silicones.

Test on a junk mold first, I haven't done this personally. I certainly wouldn't suggest this for your 'master' mold.

Better 16k- I'm telling you that you have one of the Best reeves out there, if Not THEE best reeves to date I have seen, and it's not because it is our suit, just overall with fenix head and the body used...I just watched Superman and he was not built at all, so the body is perfect. He also had a thick neck Reeves.
