With Fury and Hawkeye done now, I have a feeling Hot Toys is doing the figures they haven't done before first. So maybe The Hulk is next.

That's my thinking also although I wouldn't be surprised if Black Widow was next and Hulk after her.

My thinking is that both the original Thor and Captain America figures aren't even a year old yet so they'll be late late late into the line.

I was also thinking about the new Captain America figure from the line and how it probably won't come with a Chris Evans head sculpt due to the USO Captain America on the way from the original film, I mean how likely is it that Hot Toys are actually going to do 2 new Chris Evans headsculpts?

I just saw on Hot Toys Collectors Facebook an ad scan mentioning Hawkeye and DX10 Iron Man, so sadly, I think another Iron Man is what we'll see next, which makes sense, drop a known selling figure in between some that have to prove themselves.

The next Ironman wont be a DX :nono

This is the actual quote

Plastic Enemies talks about the next Obscura Magazine :

"This coming issue Obscura Magazine will have great features about Hot Toys, not Milk... Please stay tuned."

"This issue will introduce The Avengers event, but no interview. Next issue will have Hawkeye and the new version of Iron Man, and the next issue again will have DX10..."

So the next Ironman and the DX10 are clearly two different figures

For the record though a DX Ironman would have to be a new version of the Mark III seeing as that is the most iconic of all the suits :lecture

It should also come with a Tony Stark figure so we can make a cool dio like this.

YES!!!! :hi5:

I'd love to do a custom Tony Stark to make use of the hologram gauntlet but I cant find it in me to go and buy the Mech Test figure only to rip it apart. Hoping when the re-released Mark VI comes out they'll be plenty of the Mech Test headsculpts parted out (sure I'll still be missing the arc reactor in the chest but I can live without that)

Yeah i have the Mech Test and there is no way i'm pulling it apart. So i'll do the same as you if the MK VI with the head comes out. :hi5:

plus, the iv looks like the iii where it counts and they fixed all the errors with the iii so if anything, the iv would trump the iii...

As far as I'm concerned, there are only two "iconic" looks for iron man; the classic one posted above and the modular armor (mvc2, cartoon, etc)...

However, as iron man is constantly changing armors, who cares what they look like as long as they have the key "iconic" features
