It’s only physical powers/attributes I think. Is Magneto’s power physical or mental? Plus he doesn’t have the mastery over it like Magneto does, even if he could use it there’s no way he’d be able to control it to that extent.
Well, he wasn’t really useless in that fight though. He went for the kill and he’s the only one willing to do it.
But yeah, he likes to think with his claws first.
Well he can only approximate their physical power, but I think holding the form for too long is exhausting especially if using powers.
He’s never as strong or durable as the original but the real answer is cause it’d make it too easy.
Hard to save an already sinking ship.
Probably not. WB gonna WB. But if they let him do what he does, like they let DV do with Dune, and don't interfere too much we could have some more classics on our hands.
Wolverine: Let's go get Magneto
Everyone: Your bones are literally metal
Wolverine: I'm gonna kill him
*Later that day*
Wolverine: MY BONES, AHH MY BONES
Like I’d understand if it went the route of that Velma show where it goes out of its way to tarnish legacy characters and tell you that you’re wrong and should feel bad about it.
But why does it matter either way honestly?
They’re not shoving it down your throat, you’ll only be offended by it if you want to be. It’s extremely easy to ignore in this instance. They’re not lecturing you.
It’s nothing being made into something here. Watch it and enjoy it, or don’t.
I don't see that as being the case. If he killed anyone else you could argue the same point. Gambits death seems to be being used to set up something else. This is no longer a kids show, it has stakes, people die. He treated the character well imo.
What do you mean constant? They've all had one...
