Anyone find it strange they dont list the artist?

Dude i was just thinking of buck rogers lol. I had a crush on erin gray when i was a wee lad. This figure is about 400 bucks on pop collectibles, and i couldnt find it on pop cultcha. Sold out at time walker and sideshow waitlist still waitlisted

This pre order only stuff on a lot of these figures is annoying. I don't wanna "buy" something with an indeterminate in stock date

Something to keep in mind is how they outsource sculpting. There are some sculpters that have a precident for masterpieces that ive followed on instagram, and its eye opening when their portfolio is all the sculpts that have been amazing

Im sure there is a production chain that would be hard to change. It seems like things that can be fixed with paint wouldn't be so bad. But basic sculpt changes such as the width of the head, once they are already produced. No need to get mad at hot toys for failing to make a masterpiece, but no...

Yeah the general shape seems to give a better illusion in shadowy lighting. Makes me feel a bit more hopeful. In that video the main glaring issue was the eye squint
