Seeing that season 18 Tom sculpt again makes me feel a little less sad that it was never released. The newer Eccleston sculpt looks good though.

You could be right. Maybe they listened to feedback and dialed back on the orange.

I have the suit and some loose parts on the way, but i'm curious to know if the suit is indeed a Nylon/other material?

Yours looks great! Is the weathering a different colour? It appears to be more of muted brown paint speckled on rather than orange.

I still don't see a whole lot of Ray Park in those new sculpts, but they're a big improvement over the the first attempt, which wouldn't be hard. I'll try and pick up the loose sculpts and the light-up saber if i can.

Yes the empire boots fit the R1 body and vice versa. The belt is a tad looser on the R1. I'm not a big fan of the peg fastener on the buckle, so i cut the belt at the back and added a strip of velcro. It makes it way easier to position as i wanted it to slide down over the top of the codpiece...

I re-worked the belt so that the saber hook now sits more to the front. I also removed the silver stud. On the R1 body and boots Vader stands around 13 and 3/4, which i think works best when you consider the scale of everything.

Yes that's the one. At first i thought that it might be a little too light, but i love the contrast with the black, which is how it should be. The HT paint apps are way too dark looking. As bad as the SS versions are, at least they got the paint schemes more accurate.
