Finally finished my Batman (1989) equipment case. The belt is accurate with a metal functional buckle, the side pods are also metal. The speargun and spears are metal with working parts, and the emblem is also steel.

Got my hands on a HW gold buckle, and made my own strap to go with it. Just need to mount the 4 capsules and call it done.
