Been trying to tame the hair on my Gandalf, some of these later-batch sculpts seem like they have just way too much volume. Ease off the Vidal Sassoon, Gandalf! Used the hat for a couple days to tamp it down. Some progress:

I had purchased mainly for parts but because of the suit design I don't think I can really use anything to upgrade my ANH figure (wanted to upgrade the pants and top pleather bits). Might just sell the whole thing or part it out.

This figure is tempting. Sold v1 somewhat quickly, need to remember whether it was because my interest in the prequels is almost nil or if it was because of the somewhat lackluster sculpt. Maul was certainly one of the best aspects of the whole PT for me. Killed off too soon, would have packed...

I thought for a second this thread was bumped because the figure was going to be part of the dark side rereleases. :lol Sold this a long time ago, cool looking figure but they really wasted the character.

Backdrop looks pretty sweet. I remember planning to get this figure as my first Hot Toys but then the standard ANH Stormtroopers came out earlier than expected so I ended up cancelling.

Finally have my Dean sculpt set up after getting it painted last year and then finally haired this year.

I put it on my ANH figure and it fit fine, maybe a bit less range of motion tilting forward though

Just arrived! Love the packaging and the unboxing experience with InArt figures. I think I have the glue issue in my right staff hand. Doesn't seem like it wants to connect. Might have to dremel it a bit this weekend. Hair/beard are massive right out of the box. Will take some work to tame it...

Tempting to order these as a reflex since it's OT but happy with just the ANH Stormtroopers. Might be tempted by an Emperor rerelease though.

Yeah, the trooper is the bigger jump in quality. For the record, I sold my SS bike after getting the HT as I only needed the one. No regrets.

Ditto. Now bring on 3PO. Two figures I'm excited about but are also just variants of figures I own already.

Outside of the handlebars I don't think the HT bike is nicer than the SS aesthetically, but it is far more sturdy and less prone to pieces falling off the moment you pick it up or try to move it or pose the Scout on it. So just depends if you feel like you need/want another bike. But that's my...
