Green Hulk to Red Hulk repaint

Just getting started on this, here is the before photo:




Today I took him apart and sprayed him with primer. Will post more photos once I get the painting started.

For those who don't know, this is the Rotocast 13" Hulk figure. Best looking 1/6 scale figure I could find for a repaint. You'll find plenty of them for sale on Ebay if you search "rotocast hulk". I bought this one off of a fellow Freak.

Ok project is complete. Here are the photos.

Original figure, 12" Rotocast Green Hulk bought off of a fellow Freak. Readily available on Ebay for $25-35ish.



Figure disassembled, pants removed. Sprayed figure with grey primer.



Base coat of dark red acrylic paint brushed on.




Finished figure. Dry brushed a lighter red over the top of the dark red base color, painted the hair flat black, colored the pants black with a fabric marker. Painted the eyes with a glossy yellow.

That came out very nice

definitely. But i'm waiting on my red Punisher shirt to arrive and need to paint the head still.
