Hey gang, wanted to share this with you all. A friend of mine had a damaged Scout Trooper PF and asked me if I'd fix it and turn it into a Shadow Scout Trooper. I jumped at the chance to work on a PF figure! Here's what I did:

The damage. Weird indentations on the helmet top sides:

First, I stripped what I could off of the PF:

Then I puttied the indentations on the helmet up and sanded them flat:

I died the white body fabric a charcoal gray:

Then I painted up all the armor part's insides semi-gloss black:

After I masked off all the clothing, I also painted the helmet gloss black, with the boots in a semi-gloss black for that shiny leather look:

I then painted the outside of the armor parts gloss black:

One of the best customs I've seen. Came out really good, awesome.:clap

Not often you get to be creative with a Premium Format figure.

THANKS guys!

Yeah, that's why I jumped at the chance to work on this PF. My customs are usually 3 3/4 and 12 inch figures, so this was a real joy to do! :yess:

Looks FANTASTIC, Awesome Job!!! :clap

i may have to contact you to do some customs for me :D

Very brave of you, but a good result! Not to nit pick, but do they actually exist? :rotfl

No, they don't in the films. A friend wanted it done so what could I say? Besides, it was FUN! :)
