Yeah, he needs to be darker. I'm not saying he needs to look like tar, or be Wesley Snipes black, but damn, that does not look like Cheadle.

And lets be honest, who wants to pose him with that head anyway. WAR MACHINE looks bad a ss with his iconic head.

Part of what's wrong is his pupils are too small; I've never seen Cheadle where his pupils weren't touching both of his eyelids; the man's got some big pupils, and Hot Toys gave him Tiger Woods' eyes instead.

You could see close-up the armour is textured too.... not smooth plastic, a combination of material or/& casting?

whew! i almost passed out from the sheer awesome.

could this figure possibly blow away the sales of any other hot toys iron man figs? i won't be surprised. i know a few friends who don't really collect 1/6 figs, heck, they don't even have a single Mark but they have this on preorder.

excellent pics, OMG. thanks also to everyone else who posted their shots. i had faith that ht would fix the issues, and they haven't disappointed us.

the armoured head is now more square-jawed and meaner looking, as it should be. and the ex-wife has been included. also good to see they improved the cheadle sculpt. it does look more like him now. but i'll prob pose him with faceplate down 99% of the time anyway.

this looks like a solid contender for best 1/6th figure of 2010.

i think mine should be arriving by the end of the month, or early nov. can't wait!

Sculpt looks more like Chiwetel Ejiofor than Don Cheadle.

They also did not put the logo on his left arm, maybe copyright reasons.
