That video showed the life sized Superman head before he "customized it" and it looked pretty good.

WTF was he thinking?

The guy obviously has a passion for these characters but he's taken already great Hot Toys figures and ruined them with half assed preschool "customizing" skills. Most of his junk for sale look TERRIBLE.

This isn't lifesize Superman "before" his customization, this is another bust, sculpted by H. Senft, and it's an amazing sculpt. The other (messed up) one is the bust he got from somebody before he got his hands on H. Senft bust. And that sculpt is really terrible.

Unfortunately, you won't get it back. He did ship them, so that's arguably the ONLY aspect where you got what you paid for. Though, a Flat Rate $10 box would've kept them in better condition than loose in the Wolf box.
