Probably because Praji is one of the most unwanted SSC 1:6 figures in their history and have to give them away to clear inventory. Funny they never really sold out of the exclusive version of him on their site yet.

Just stating the facts. The numbers don't lie! Usually when SS puts out pre-orders for the exclusive editions they normally sell out very fast. How long has exclusive Praji been available still?

Fairly often actually, or they sell out quickly (like he did) and then become available later. But for Praji he's a bit unique as there is only an exclusive version of him... no regular.

I was curious if anyone had any tips on dealing with the cloth hat that comes with Praji.

I really prefer this hat over the molded plastic one, but I cannot get it to sit right on his head. It seems there is too much fabric coming out of the top when it is placed on his head.

How did you guys that use this hat, get it to look right?? I have looked through this thread and had not seen any tips or ideas. I am assuming a water treatment might do the trick, but am looking for other ideas.

I have the same issue, reckon a bit of hot water should do the trick, just need to find the time (and energy) to try it htough.

I had some time this weekend and decided to work on my SS Imperial Commander's cloth hats. I soaked them in water and did some 'futzing'. I am not 100% done, but I think they look a lot better than the plastic versions.

what do you guys think?? Any ideas on possibly improving them??

I prefer the cloth hats as well. With both Praji and custom Imperial Officer (using my leftover Giles), the cloth hats really pull the quality of the figures back together. For some reason or another, the sculpted ones just scream Hasbro.
