Very nice work! My only minor comment would be to maybe black wash the teeth so that the spaces between teeth are darker.

Looks good, but I gotta say I'm getting more of a Jermaine vibe than Michael, especially from the one in red. Not that that's necessary a bad thing, they were brothers afterall, and Jermaine was a fine looking gentleman in his day too!
