Looking for Flexible casting material

Im In the process of creating a sculpt that will come with a hat and I need a casting resin (or any casting material) that will retain its shape but be flexible enough to better fit a head sculpt. Any experience or suggestings will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have not used it, yet. I plan to but just haven't gotten to it. A guy I know who makes little action figures has used it with capes and it seemed to work well. Very flexible.
