Well after 4 months of ghosting, I’ve had an email
from TW today to say all final Gandalfs paid in full are on there way to the distribution centre and will be sent out mid May. Tracking will be sent beginning of May… Not holding my breath, but silently praying!

I ignored the warnings and shopped with Toys Wonderland. For what it's worth, I was able to secure quite a few sold out figures at good prices before finally experiencing the same issues as everyone else. A brief timeline:

- Ordered two items; one in stock, one pre-order
- Stock item shipped, pre-order estimated for the following month
- Months went by, no news
- Received fake tracking number
- Months went by, no news
- Contacted customer service; nada
- Opened a dispute with my cc company; provided all relevant information
- Months went by
- 2nd fake tracking number received
- Lost dispute with cc company
- Re-opened dispute with cc company
- Months went by
- Received e-mail from Toys Wonderland customer service saying "we'll look into this"
- Won dispute with cc company

Took almost a full year to win the dispute but it was well worth it. **** Toys Wonderland. Don't buy from them.

I would like to share this group for people who have been affected by Toys Wonderland not delivering orders and losing their money. I've just made it and it is now live! This group is for the community to come together, share their stories, help each other out with their issues, and spread the word about Toys Wonderland scams.

I noticed this morning that they have enabled PayPal payments again on their website, as they had given me a "refund" using store credit I've just placed an order using the credit and paid the shipping fee with PayPal, set myself a remind that if it is not shipped within a month then I'm going to file a claim immediately.
Funny that the account the payment is sent too is in the name Creation Toys Manufacturing Company Limited, very different to Toys Wonderland :ROFLMAO:

Again not recommending anyone purchase from TW, I'm just trying to recoup my lost funds anyway I can and with this "store credit" I have purchased "In Stock" items, let's see what happens here.

I've also asked them if I can settle any existing shipping balances for my orders which they "have in stock" with PayPal so that I'm covered, lets see what happens here.

if its any help both my bank current account & credit card company refunded the 2 remaining unsent tw orders ( one from 4/23 the other 5/23 ) with no quibbles , just provided relevant order dates / excuses given / release dates . dont leave it in the hope of a miracle i think they want you to give up & theres no need to. for full transparency the first 20 figures ordered were both cheap & delivered quickly but then.........

Mine would only initially go 120 days back from my claim date, but I am now trying to go down the section 75 (UK Credit card rule/law(?)) route to try and claim as much as possible.
I have a lot of orders dating back to 2022 when up until then I had received every order I ever placed with TW, normally within 1-2 weeks after release, but as time went on I stopped receiving orders.

Sorry for the multiple replies, just seen you are also in the UK.
Did you have to ask the claim to go through as a Section 75 claim?
Also if you don't mind, who were/are your accounts with?

hi, no with the card company mbna it was a normal claim & the bank account was santander, even though both initially were through paypal ( you know the pay screens that say ''powered by paypal'' ) both were very sympathetic. during lockdown i lost a lot to an ebay scammer group & a section 75 claim was used then but due to some payments being through paypal ''a 3rd party client'' i could only get around 1/3 of my money back. really when enough people have claimed their merchant credit should be cut off to end these problems.

Thanks for letting me know, I had almost £3,000 worth of pre-orders from TW ranging from 2022-2023 all on pay plans so they were split payments and my credit card (Nationwide) have so far refunded £500~ which fell into 120 days before my claim.
Unfortunately they did not put a block on TW so transactions were still being taken up until last month, so I should hopefully be able to also easily get this back (£250~) as it falls in the 120 days charge back category.
TW are now blocked from my credit card and on Friday last week I submitted a section 75 claim, even though my first claims were also section 75 but they took them as a 120 day charge back claim...

I'm just curious, how do you lose a CC dispute? I thought the CC company generally favours the customer (since it's the CC company's money the customer is borrowing from) and doesn't the merchant have to prove they delivered the goods in order to win the dispute? Furthermore, you were able to re-open a dispute case, which I didn't know could be done. Sort of like an appeal. At least that's encouraging.

It may be like my case where I claimed using a rule/law that has no time limit but then they just do a standard 120 day charge back and anything outside of that time is lost.

Just an update, received a UPS tracking label for the store credit order this morning, lets see if it actually gets collected by UPS.

Sorry for the multiple posts here, but another update.
They have allowed me to use PayPal to pay for my shipping charges.

As I have quite a few, I have only paid for 2 orders at the moment being, Hot Toys The Batman MMS638 and Hot Toys Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man MMS661, again lets see what happens but I have PayPal covering me on these and will claim them if not shipped within a month.

I preordered Hot Toys The Batman with TW. The figure has been “in stock” on their website for a while now but they still didn’t ship my figure. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I tried opening a dispute with my credit card company and paypal but both said it’s past the time limit. All I can say is, f*ck TW.

The other day, I went to TWL to pick up an item that I ordered but never received.

The nearest station to TWL is Kwai Hing, which is about 15 minutes by subway from the center of Hong Kong. It's about a 10 minute walk from here, and the office and warehouse are on the 12th floor.

When I arrived at the building, I saw a man who looked like an employee, so I went into the office with him.

When I explained the situation, I was told that the person in charge was not available, so I had to wait a little while.

After a while, a person who called himself ANDY came.

When I explained the situation again, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock.

I said, "Don't be silly, I ordered the stock one year ago. I came all the way to Hong Kong for this. I can accept the stock figures for the price in exchange."

ANDY: ``I've only been at this company for two months, but I'm aware of the situation. Please wait until the BOSS comes so I can do something about it. He'll be here in two hours, so why don't you go outside?''

Me: “If I leave once, aren’t you going to not let me in anymore?”

ANDY: “I would never do that.”

It was around noon, so I went outside to eat. When I returned, the door wouldn't open and all chimes were ignored.

When I contacted them via Whatsapp, I received a reply from ANDY saying, ``We cannot issue a refund. We will return the item with store credit.''

So with the help of a friend, I decided to call the local police.

The staff were coming and going, so I checked the timing and went inside. The police arrived at that time and we were able to negotiate.

For a while, ANDY complained that I had illegally forced my way in. However, since I explained the circumstances to the police, they did not question me.

I finally received a cash refund. However, it is a bank account in Hong Kong.

To be honest, I only ordered one so I didn't have to go there, but I decided to go after seeing Marcos Apache Santos' post.

I realized once again that if you can get there and call the police, they will refund your money.

However, I think the conversation went smoothly because I had filed a police report online and had proof that the package had not arrived.

Those who are going should prepare and bring materials in advance.

What we discovered during our infiltration was that some products were in stock at the warehouse. For example, I saw a pile of Soosoo Homelanders.

I think they are trying to disguise the fact that they are a fraudulent company by not sending all of the orders, but by sending some of the items.

Pray that the fraudulent company will go extinct as soon as possible, and that the items we ordered will be delivered to us in good time.

Oh come on @potato. Why is that when the two shillers endorsers their main stores of getting their 1/6 figures, something goes wrong and most of every collectors knows the horrors of using them when not doing a proper analysis until it it’s too late?
