I talked to CS yesterday, they won't start charging cards til tomorrow so the first to ship out will prolly be tomorrow night, she said these sold out in a little over an hour (of pure hell during 25 minutes with blown servers) so figure if you got in the first half of the pre-order, you will get yours shipped in the first split shipment, if you had to sweat it out waiting for the pre-order page to re-emerge and got your order in the second half, then you will have to wait another 2-3 WEEKS for the second half of the split-shipment.

Others have had holds placed on their CC accounts and the status on their accounts have been changed. IE DarthViper on RS who placed his on 2006-04-28 17:03:54 has just been changed to "shipping Soon". I will update my first post as people chime in.

Wow, thanks for the great info. I'd been checking my CC everyday. I didn't want to somehow lose this figure. Looks good, though, thanks again. It seems like a lot of people are cancelling after the obstacles of getting it. Some wait listers should be jumping for joy soon.

Order Placed, but it is clearly in the first half, considering cancelled orders.

I just hope I don't hear horror stories of waitlisters getting their shipped before first halvers...

It looks as though I fall between Darth Viper and pixeltwin on this list...and mine also still says "Order Placed". Hopefully that'll change by weeks end! Although, I'm in Canada, so maybe not...
