I don't have them myself, but I don't think they will match. Koto Venom is 1/6 scale and JSC Spidey 1/5. Can't have Spiderman be larger in a display IMO.

Yup. I have them both and they don't match. You need the koto Spidey to pair with Venom. It's one of the best Spidey statues out there if not the best.
