Yea, that is the Enterprise heavily damaged and most likely going to crash but, who knows..fast forward to the Federation ship crashing into SF Bay and that is not the Enterprise, might be Cumberbatch's ship, it is clearly more advanced looking then the Enterprise so, it would be cool if it were Excelsior or Reliant or Constitution something like that.
