Yup, I remember that and at the time never realized the type of person he was. I almost made a deal with him and his lifesized Jason stuff. Thank God I didn't!

No he's not made himself known/pm'd or emailed any of us(as far as I know).

well obviously he is avoiding me since he took my money and has no time to give me any update, but has time to post on Statue Forum. No reason to think he will respond to Paypal's emails to him either. we'll see

Well if he doesn't respond to Paypal (Within 10 days I believe) then you recieve an automatic refund. Its all good.

good luck, i'm dealing with a similiar situation right now with another board member for the amount of $675, of which i can only get back $550 of it, because i let it go to long. good thing i used my credit card cause if i didn't i'd be SOL. since it's almost 3 months ago.
i guess 'm just to trusting and really thought he'd come through with the statues.

long story, but here it goes.
i first bought a spidey on the pole, from the hulk vs spidey dio that he had an extra damaged one for $125. well time went by and i kinda forgot about it i saw that he had a big package of lotr items for sale. of which i was only interested in the rider on horse pieces for my daughter.
so we came to an agreement on a price for the complete package of about 6-8 pieces he had.
at that time i asked him about the MIA spidey, and he said that he would check on it.
well shortly afterwards he got back to me that the spidey had been returned to him because the shipping address had been smugged and became unlegable.
so he said that he would resend spidey with the other items asap. well ever since then he has had a lot different reasons why these items haven't been shipped. i won't get into them since some were on a personal matter and if true would not be right to disclose. but either way good or bad reasons asside the sht should of been shipped either way, and it's been over a month again, since i've heard anything from him.

yeah i know, that's why i always try to use my cc, they're good for up to 90 days or 3 months, and i've already contacted them in this regards and they are going ahead with the charge back.
funny thing is that if i could get the stuff i agreed to purchase i'd still take it at the agreed upon price.

Hey, is it appropriate to ask that in con situations such as this appears that the person's real name is posted in the feedback forum as a bad seller? That real person deserves to pay for their misdeeds, not some semi-annonymous board name thats banned now anyway.

Well that just sucks! I hate the old "uh the post office must have put the wrong address" or " I must have put the wrong postal code so it came back" Bull^^^^! The moment you hear that you're being scammed!
Up to about a year ago I would have agreed with this, but in that time I once put the wrong city name down, and got a package sent back. Then, I had a package linger around a post office in Wisconsin or something for about a week before it got on to its destination. So, wacky things can happen. Note that I do tracking on everything I send domestic, and eventually got the items where they needed to go. But, I'm just saying that that argument isn't always a lie. Bad things do happen sometimes with mailing services (hell, I once sent a package to Canada that took 3 weeks to reach its destination!).
Of course, I'm not by any means defending this guy you fellas are referring to. If someone has had multiple issues with multiple people, makes multiple excuses on a given order, and bolts from a site without defending himself or answering PMs, then I think that is pretty indefensible.
