We had great weather this time. It's a crap shoot, but that is the case anywhere with summer cons. I personally hit Disney, Downtown Disney, as well as the Universal area ... plus the local pubs.

SO it is what you make of it. Can't control mother nature :)

The only thing that bothers me is the timing, with it soooo close to hurricane season. Otherwise, the weather wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be in August, and I've been to Vegas around that time. THAT was f*ing hot! :panic:

I loved how close our hotel was to Universal and Disney. Next time I'm getting down there at least two days early to take advantage of the parks!

We did have a hurricane bearing down on us... :rotfl

I feel like I was riding the front of it on my flight out of Tampa. :horror

Shropty was right, though, that it would be nice and calm before the storm!

I had some turbulence getting off the ground, too.
It was like I never left Universal. :lol

Oh, for the eventual sig, I vote we go with a Rebellion member this time around. We've had the scum and villainy with Boba, the Empire with Vader, so...

Mummy ride for Gibby!! I'm with you buddy, we need to have like 2 extra days to enjoy the parks! Next time I will make you go on that gigantic suicide inducing roller coaster at Universal with me. I'll tell you it's a "kiddie" ride. :monkey3:monkey3

I watched 9 movies on Saturday and 5 on Sunday. Still catching up!! Lol I hope I dont break my windows.
