Well, this is an opinion forum. Where people, apart from "moaning" as you may do, comment on pieces (positive and negative aspects), express their opinions, etc. Some might even criticize constructively.

I actually bought it and have no reason to slam it as it is really amazing. BUT... for me, having just paid a bunch of money for my first piece felt the eyebrows were a big detractor, so I repainted them. IMHO they were subpar. It's great if you like them and great if you think they need a slight tweek, but like I said earlier, if that is all it takes for you to not want it then I would question if there were other motives, because it is still AWESOME

comparing the 2 statues is really apples and oranges in my opinion. I would love to have both.

I like the Hulk PF from the neck down...not a huge fan of the face. That said, I would love to add a grey PF to my collection, although that's not going to happen unless prices come way down.

I love the maquette because, for me, the Avengers movie just nailed the Hulk so spot on that it gave me goosebumps to watch it. I don't look at this maq as just a movie version of the Hulk...it is THE version of the Hulk.

I was completely naive to the value of the PF hulk and saw that and the preorder page for the maquette at the same time when I was looking for my first statue. I thought the maquette was light years ahead as a standalone sculpture. The PF was cool but not quite as refined or sophisticated(as a hulk can be anyways!). The maquette screamed art to me.

I will own both the comic and movie Hulk and since I only collect comic statues, I like that the Hulk Maquette fits in perfectly with other comic statues....just 2 different and excellent takes on a great comic book character.(not my pics)

Great Point!! When I look at this photo I don't think "Hey it's the Movie Hulk vs the Comic Wolverine" It's just Hulk vs Wolverine!!!

BOTH statues are amazing and comparisons were inevitable ... There is NO need to tear down either to try and make us feel better about the one we own or will own. I prefer the Maq, but it is a artistic preference thing, not a knock on the PF
